Islamabad (08 August 2023): Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) took an impactful initiative by hosting a tree plantation drive in the surroundings of PTA Headquarters in Islamabad.

Chairman PTA, Major General (R) Hafeez Ur Rehman spearheaded the commencement of this endeavor, by planting a sapling. Member Finance, Mr. Muhammad Naveed, Member Compliance & Enforcement, Dr. Khawar Siddique Khokhar along with senior officers of PTA also contributed by planting saplings.

Chairman PTA advocated for active involvement of PTA officers and officials in extending the tree plantation movement to their local communities. This collective effort aims not only to enhance the green cover of our environment but also to foster a culture of sustainability and ecological responsibility.
