The applicant required to submit proposal along with the following information:
-
Prescribed application form four copies (separate
application form may be filled for each wireless set.
- Technical literature for the proposed wireless set four
copies.
- Site map showing the area of the operation.
- Each and every column of the application form should be
filled as per parameter mentioned in the technical
literature of the proposed wireless set so the application
may be conformed accordingly.
- Non refundable application processing fee of Rs. 100 in
shape of demand draft payable to PTA Account No. NIDA
11, National Bank of Pakistan, Marriot Hotel Branch, Islamabad.
- The proposal complete in all respect should be forwarded
to Director (Licensing) PTA. Incomplete proposal shall be
reverted unattended.
