• Promote and protect the interests of users of telecommunication services.
• Carry out inspections of PTA licensees.
• Prompt disposal of complaints against telecom operators.
• Provide assistance to the public for the issuance of licenses by the Headquarters
• Provide assistance to the general public for usage/installation of PTA approved GSM signal boosters.
• Conduct regular and systematic inspections of PTA licensees to ensure strict adherence to licensing conditions and regulatory frameworks.
• Action against illegal telecom operators and activation of SIMs without user consent.
• Provide assistance to the public regarding DIRBS & IMEI Blocking of stolen/snatched mobile devices.
