Functions:

The ICT Division of PTA is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's information and communication technology infrastructure. Its role includes ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems, network security, data management, and digital services. The division plays a critical role in implementing and maintaining technology-driven solutions to support regulatory functions, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure cybersecurity compliance. It is also responsible for the development and deployment of digital platforms, automation of processes, and integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing. Additionally, the ICT Division provides technical support, manages enterprise software, and ensures the reliability and security of communication networks within PTA.
