Functions:

The International Relations & Government Affairs Division of PTA is responsible for managing engagements with international regulatory bodies, governments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of Pakistan’s telecom policies with global standards. The division plays a key role in fostering diplomatic ties, representing PTA in global forums, and ensuring compliance with international telecom regulations. It liaises with global telecom regulatory bodies such as ITU and GSMA, participates in international conferences, and coordinates with government ministries, policymakers, and diplomatic missions on telecom policies and regulations. Additionally, this Division also organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public.
