Finance Division
Functions:
Finance Division of PTA is envisaged for formulating and implementing the core financial functions of the organization. This Divisions consists of three Directorates i.e Finance, Payroll & Cash and Budget & Account. Finance Directorate is mainly responsible for receivable management with aim to ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables. Finance Directorate actively engages with licensees to address any related matters. Payroll & Cash directorate deals with payroll, tax related matters and payable to vendor. Budget & Account directorate look after preparation of budget as required under section 12 of the Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-organization) Act, 1996 and monitoring of budget. Budget & Accounts directorate also prepares Financial statements of PTA and also manages its audit by commercial auditors.
