Class VAS Licenses
Public Notice:
- Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has commenced grant of Class License for Internet Services at District Level.
- Class License for Voice services and Data (Internet Services) at Provincial and Nationwide level shall remain suspended/ stopped till further notice. Therefore, PTA will not be accepting any such applications.
- However, Class License for Data (Data Services / Vehicle Tracking Services) and Class Registration applications will continue to be received and processed by PTA as per procedure for grant of licenses. In addition, VPN service providers are required to obtain Class License for Data (Data Services) to provide VPN and related services.
- All existing Class Licensees for Data (Internet Services) for up-gradation and Renewal are advised to obtain Fixed Local Loop (FLL) License.
